Samsung is preparing to introduce its new Galaxy Z Tri-Fold, with early sales-channel guidance indicating a launch structure similar to previous limited-distribution foldable releases. Internal notices are expected to be issued to sales partners early this week, with availability planned for early December.
The Galaxy Z Tri-Fold is expected to be priced at about 3.6 million won ($2,450), below earlier rumors that suggested a price point in the 4-million-won ($2,750) range.
Samsung will sell the device exclusively through its own channels, and the model will not be displayed or handled in the typical in-store format, following an approach similar to the Galaxy Z Fold SE.
The company plans to offer the device in a single color and a single storage configuration, reinforcing its limited-release strategy for the new form factor.
These details were shared by industry source 란즈크, who outlined the price range and launch timing for Samsung’s first tri-folding smartphone.
