The Excise, Taxation, and Narcotics Control Department Punjab has opened registration for the November round of the e-Auction of fancy vehicle numbers. Interested citizens can apply through the e-Auction App or the web portal until November 30 to secure their preferred registration numbers.
Developed in collaboration with the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), the digital platform allows users to bid online for both car and motorcycle registration numbers from anywhere in the province. The details of successful bidders are published on the app for public transparency.
PITB Chairman Faisal Yousaf said the initiative has made the auction process completely digital, eliminating the need for in-person visits and ensuring fairness and accessibility for all participants.
He added that the system has streamlined the procedure, making it easier for citizens to obtain fancy registration numbers conveniently from home.
