Certificates

Federal Minister for Education, Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, has officially inaugurated the Customer Care Desk (CCD) developed by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), a new initiative aimed at streamlining academic document verification and improving student services across Pakistan.

24/7 Online Support for Students

The newly introduced CCD Portal, designed by IBCC, will allow students nationwide to verify their academic credentials online through a dedicated digital support system.

According to Executive Director Ghulam Ali Mallah, students can now easily track the status of their certificate verification using a QR code–based system integrated into the portal.

“The public’s convenience is our top priority,” Mallah stated, noting that the portal underwent six months of beta testing before being made fully accessible to the public.

Dedicated Support for Overseas Pakistanis

The service also extends to Pakistani students and parents living abroad. Queries submitted to the CCD via email will be addressed within 24 hours, ensuring that those unable to visit IBCC offices in person can still benefit from timely support.

Students from all regions of Pakistan can now submit complaints, request verification services, and track applications around the clock, reducing delays and making communication with IBCC more efficient.

A Step Toward Digital Transformation

Minister Siddiqui praised the launch of the CCD, calling it a significant step forward in the digitization of education services. He emphasized that such initiatives not only simplify bureaucratic processes but also make them more transparent and accessible for students.

The CCD is expected to cut processing times, enhance responsiveness, and provide a one-stop solution for student-related academic documentation needs.
