The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has announced that hard copies of the 9th class result cards will not be issued this year. Instead, students will be able to download and print their mark sheets completely free of cost directly from the official website of the board.
The decision reflects the board’s move toward digitalization and easy accessibility for students. Officials confirmed that this system will soon be extended to Matric and Intermediate Part-II as well, ensuring that result cards for these classes are also available online.
According to the Controller of Examinations, the overall pass percentage highlights a clear gender gap: 58% of female students passed the 9th grade examinations compared to only 35% of male students. The figures underline the stronger performance of girls in this academic year.
Earlier, the Lahore Board officially released the 9th class results 2025 on 20 August. Students were given multiple methods to access their marks conveniently:
- By checking results directly on the official BISE Lahore website.
- By sending their roll number via SMS to 800291, enabling them to receive their results instantly on their mobile devices.
- By downloading the complete gazette in PDF format from the board’s website or obtaining it through affiliated institutions.
This shift toward digital result distribution is aimed at reducing delays, cutting printing costs, and ensuring students across Lahore and surrounding regions can access their academic records without hassle.
