The Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has released the weekly schedule for its facilitation vans, which will provide licensing and related services to citizens across the capital from August 18 to August 23, 2025. The vans will remain operational daily from 08:30 am to 03:30 pm, while on Saturday services will conclude at 02:30 pm.
According to an ITP spokesperson, two mobile facilitation vans — GAG-709 and GAC-656 — will be deployed at different locations throughout the week to ensure services are available close to citizens’ residences and workplaces. The initiative is aimed at making licensing and other traffic-related services more accessible at people’s doorsteps.
Schedule for Facilitation Van GAG-709
The first van (GAG-709) will cover the following areas during the week:
- August 18: Media Town Head Office
- August 19: Bahria Phase V
- August 20: B-17 Multi Garden Society Office
- August 21: Islamabad High Court premises
- August 22: F-8 near Ali Medical
- August 23: Benazir Chowk, Tarnol
Schedule for Facilitation Van GAC-656
The second van (GAC-656) will serve citizens at the following points:
- August 18: R-Block Pak Secretariat
- August 19: Naval Complex, E-8
- August 20: Rawat (near Masjid Gulzar-e-Madina)
- August 21: F-11 Markaz
- August 22: G-15 Main Society Office
- August 23: Ali Pur Bank Stop UC Office
